10 months later...

Jason and I were married on July 28th, 2012.  Around that time Mekelle reminded me that now I could start our own blog as a married couple!  And I had every intention of doing that.  But just a few weeks after we were married I started my first year of teaching, and blogging was the very last thing on my mind.  BUT, school has been out for almost a week now, and I sit at home while Jason is at work/studying for the LSAT, so I thought now couldn't be a better time to start our 'married' blog.  I'm excited!  I've spent too much time trying to figure out how to change templates, and fonts...I got the template thing figured out, but I cannot add fonts.  I have tried probably ten different tutorial sites, and gave up.  One day I'll have the patience to sit down and try again.

10 months.  We've been married for 10 months already?? The past ten months have been absolutely wonderful.  I feel so blessed to be married to my selfless, loving, and very handsome best friend.  Even with the start of our marriage also being the start of my teaching career, it's been the BEST 10 months of my life.  I thank my Heavenly Father every day for blessing me with such an incredible husband.  

My goal this week is to go back and highlight some of the fun things we have done so far together since we were married.  And also update on my dream job- teaching 3rd grade at Spring Creek.  I can't believe the school year is over. I don't know what I'm going to do, not seeing those sweet kids every day!  But I sure am looking forward to sweet summertime...
